Avocado and Tomato Bruschetta


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1/2 loaf bread cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 avocados
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For this healthy recipe first put the slices of bread in the oven and cook for 1/2 minutes.Then in a bowl combine tomatoes,garlic,olive oil and balsamic vinegar.Now crush the avocado and spread over the slices of bread and then add the tomato mixture.Sprinkle salt and pepper.Enjoy!
