Thai Salad with Garlic Dressing

Ingredients that you will need:
For the dressing:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For the salad:

  • 16 ounces edamame beans
  • baby kale
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 3 green onions
  • ¾ cup cashews nuts

For this healthy and low fat salad first prepare the dressing.Put all the dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.Now boil the edamame beans for about 5 minutes,then let it cool.Cut the kale,cilantro leaves,green onion,carrots and peppers.Next put the cooked edamame in the blender and blend until is smooth,then crush in the bleed the cashews nuts.And now combine the vegetables with the edamame puree and cashews .Top with the dressing and the salad is ready.Enjoy!

Zucchini Baked with Parmesan

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • oregano
  • basil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

So for this delicious and healthy recipe first we preheat the oven to 350 degrees.We put spray oil on the baking sheet.Now we combine the parmesan with the rest of the ingredients.Put the sliced zucchini on the baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil and then put the parmesan mixture on top.Bake for about 15/20 minutes.Enjoy!

Baked Omelette With Mushrooms

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 ml cream of 30% fat
  • 300 g porcini
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 medium parsnip
  • about 70 g of yellow cheese 
  • sage
  • salt 
  • pepper

 For this recipe,first beat the eggs with salt,pepper and cream until is combined am smooth.Now cook the omelette like you would make pancakes.Measure the volume and make six thin omelettes.Make the stuffing,cut the onion,the sage and the mushrooms.
And now fry in olive oil the onion and sage until they are soft,next add the parsnips,and the last pour the mushrooms and fry until they are soft.Pour the remaining cream and cook for about 3/4 minutes.Now add 30g of cheese and divide in six parts.
Stuff the omelet and wrapped them and put them in a baking dish.Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.Enjoy!

Spaghetti With Cherry Tomato and Black Olive

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • basil leaves
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 tbsp caper
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • parmesan

First boil the pasta,and then cook the tomatoes for minutes in olive oil.Then combine in a bowl the capers,olives,lemon juice,basil and tomatoes.After the pasta are ready,drain them and combine with the tomatoes mixture.Sprinkle with parmesan.Enjoy!

Cannelloni With Broccoli In Tomato Sauce

  • 16 cannelloni
  • 500 g can tomatoes
  • 200 g fat cream
  • 60 g parmezan
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper

First we make the tomato sauce,mix the can tomatoes with salt,pepper,sugar and vinegar.Now boil the broccoli,and after they are ready crush them with butter.Add salt and pepper,and the 1 egg.Now stuffed the cannelloni with broccoli and the pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni.Mix the cream with salt,pepper and 30 g parmesan,and pour over the caneloni,then sprinkle the remaining parmesan.Bake for 30/40 minutes on medium heat.Enjoy!

Toast With Egg and Spinach

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 large handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

This is a perfect recipe for a quick breakfast.So first put olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic,for 2/3 minutes.Now add the spinach add salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes.Thrown into the pan the slices of bread,and let it for 2 minutes. Take the slices of bread and put spinach on them,then add the eggs,season with salt and pepper and top with cheese,bake for 4/5 minutes,until the eggs are ready.Enjoy!

Strawberry Avocado Salad

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • almonds

I really love salad,they are so easy to make.For this delicious avocado salad take a bowl and add the spinach,avocado,strawberries .Now make the salad dressing,combine olive oil,lime juice,mustard,sugar,salt,pepper.Sprinkle the dressing over the salad and add almonds.Enjoy!
