Berries and Cream Cake

BERRIES & CREAM CAKE1

Ingredients th at you will need:

For the honey syrup

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon
  • basil leaves

For the cake

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 cups black raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 loaf of pound cake
  • one pack Philadelphia cream cheese

For this cake recipe first combine the honey with lemon zest and water,heat until the honey is disolved.Now cut the basil leaves and put them in the pan and let is reast for 20 minutes than add lemon juice.Now is time to combine water with the fruits and put over the sauce,and cook everithig for about 15 minutes.Then let is cool and in the meanwhile combine the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla,then add the bitted heavy cream over the cheese mixture.And now is time to mount the cake,put the pound cake on the bottom of a pan,spread lemon syrup .Now put over it half of the fruits mixtute,the top with cake and spread half on cheese cream over it and top with syrup.Now reped with another layer of cake and refrigerate overnight.When you are reay to serve top with fresh fruits.Enjoy!

Cheesecake Without Baking

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 300 gr biscuit
    325 gr mascarpone
    200 gr butter
    200 gr raspberry
    200 ml whipped cream
    150 gr condensed milk
    10 grams gelatin
    200g dark chocolat(70 % cacao)

First combine the crushed biscuits with the butter and a grams of water until results a smooth dough.Now take a pan and grace it with butter and then coat with the biscuit mixture and refrigerate until you make the filling.Put the gelatin in 50 ml cold water until it becomes spongy.Then put the container on the steam bath until the contents liquefy,but be careful not to let it boil.Now mix condensed milk with mascarpone ,and then with the whipped hard foam.Add gelatin and mix for 2 minutes.Remove the pan with the mixture of cold biscuits, pour half of the mixture into it and mascarpone cream and raspberries sprinkled here and there. Then put the remaining filling, leveling easy and so cold for 2 hours.Melt chocolate in a steam bath, and spread it over the entire cheesecake.Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.Enjoy!

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 100 g almonds
    100 g hazelnuts
    150 g dried figs
    100 g orange peel
    50 g honey
    150 g icing sugar
    50 ml water
    150 g flour

First preheat the oven to 180 degrees.Then put baking paper on the baking tray.Now cut the almonds and hazelnuts and fry them in a pan for a few minutes.Cut the figs,and now bring to boil the sugar,water and honey and then add the orange peel,figs,flour and nuts and mix everitthing.Now put the composition in the baking tray and bake for about 30/40 minutes.After is ready let it cool and the sprikle powdered sugar over it.Enjoy!

Pumpkin Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients that you will need:

The Crust:

100 g butter
300 g Oreo

For the filling:

1 kg pumpkin
1 kg cream cheese
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

For this delicious cheesecake recipe first bake the pumpkin until it’s soft.After it is baked,allow to cool and blend it until smooth.Now melt the butter and crush the oreo.Tap the baking dish with butter and then pour the remaining butter into the crushed biscuits.Then pour into baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.After is done,let it cool.And ow blend cheese,cinnamon,sugar,cornstarch.After is blend add the pumpkin puree,and all the eggs,mix and then add condensed milk and vanilla extract.Mix everything for about 5 minutes.Pour into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 240 ° C .After 10 minutes reduce the temperature for 110 ° C and bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.When is done let it cool completely,covered with foil and refrigerate overnight.Enjoy!

Panna Cotta With Figs

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 15 ripe figs

For this delicious panna cotta first put 3 tablespoons water in a bowl and sprinkle gelatine over it and let it set for 10 minutes.Now combine heavy cream with 1/2 cup sugar and bring to simmer.Add gelatin mixture and stir until the sugar and the gelatine are dissolved.Now transfer the mixture and place into the ice bath,and then pour the mixture into glasses and chill for about 2 hours.Now make the caramel sauce: Spread remaining sugar and place over medium heat,and let ice melt for about 2/3 minutes.Stir 1/2 cup warm water and bourbon,and stir until combined and let it cool.After the panna cotta is set,remove it from the glass and garnish with caramel sauce and figs.Enjoy!

Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 285 g flour
  • 80 g cocoa powder
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 3 g salt
  • 227 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 227 g liquid natural cream
  • 113 g milk
  • 200 g sugar

For this recipe first mix the melted butter with sugar,add the eggs,liquid cream,milk and combine everything.Now mix the flour with the cocoa powder,salt,baking powder.After is all combined pour the flour mixture into the milk mixture and mix again.Now pour the mixture into form and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree.

Topping:

  • 200 g liquid natural cream
  • 200 g white chocolate

Combine melted and cooled white chocolate with natural cream and refrigerate.When the cupcakes are cold top them with cream.Enjoy!

Macarons (Easy Macarons Recipe )

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 3/4 cups powder sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • jam or desired fillings

  I simply love macarons.This is a very easy macarons recipe,inspired by the amazing Martha Stewart.So the first step is to combine the almond flour with the powder sugar into a large bowl.Next beat the white eggs for about 2 minutes,then add slowly granulated sugar and almond extract and beat with the mixer for 5 minutes.Now combine the eggs whites mixture with the almond mixture,until the mixture is smooth like honey.Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag and pipe rounds about 1 inch on parchment paper.Now let it dry for about one hour until the tops are dry.Now preheat the oven and bake for about 14 minutes.Let it cool before filling the cookies together.Enjoy!
