  • 300 gr biscuit
    325 gr mascarpone
    200 gr butter
    200 gr raspberry
    200 ml whipped cream
    150 gr condensed milk
    10 grams gelatin
    200g dark chocolat(70 % cacao)

First combine the crushed biscuits with the butter and a grams of water until results a smooth dough. Now take a pan and grace it with butter and then coat with the biscuit mixture and refrigerate until you make the filling.Put the gelatin in 50 ml cold water until it becomes spongy. Then put the container on the steam bath until the contents liquefy, but be careful not to let it boil. Now mix condensed milk with mascarpone ,and then with the whipped hard foam.Add gelatin and mix for 2 minutes.Remove the pan with the mixture of cold biscuits, pour half of the mixture into it and mascarpone cream and raspberries sprinkled here and there. Then put the remaining filling, leveling easy and so cold for 2 hours.Melt chocolate in a steam bath, and spread it over the entire cheesecake.Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.Enjoy!
