No Bake Chocolate Granola Bars


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • vanilla extract

First line the baking pan with parchment paper.Now combine rice cereal,oats,chocolate chips,dried cherries and flax seeds.And now melt the butter with sugar and honey,stir until they are combined and simmer for about 1 minute,then remove from the heat and add vanilla extract and combine.Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and combine,then pour the mixture into the baking pan and let it rest for 15 minute before cutting.Enjoy!
