Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients that you will need:
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 4 ounces chocolate
- 4 ice-cream cones
First we prepare the chocolate to dip the cones.Melt the chocolate for about 30 seconds on medium heat.Then dip the cones,and then let it cool.Now for the ice cream combine the condensed milk with rum and mint extract .Add chilled whipped cream and mix again until peaks form.Now refrigerate the mixture 8 hours or more and then put the ice cream into chocolate dipped ice cream cones.Enjoy!
