Tropical Chia Smoothie
Ingredients that you will need:
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
This is very healthy and low fat smoothie recipe.Pour the milk into a blender,add the fruits and blend until smooth.Now add the chia seed.Enjoy!
