Date, Banana and Rum Loaf (Gluten free)


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 250 g pack dates
  • 1 large bananas
  • 100 g pecans
  • 200 g raisins
  • 100 g polenta
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free )
  • 3 tbsp dark rum
  • 2 egg whites

So first preheat the oven,and oil the baking pan then add baking paper to stick.Put the dates in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.Now take the liquid from the date and mix 100 ml with the bananas and dates until is smooth.Add polenta,dark rum,spice,baking powder,nuts,raisins,date mixture and stir until everything until combined.At the end add the eggs white and stir for 3 minutes,then pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 1 hour.Enjoy!

    I think that what you posted made a great deal of sense.

    However, think about this, what if you added a little content?
    I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your website, but what if you added a title to possibly get a person’s attention?
