Chicken and Chorizo Jambalaya


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 75g chorizo
  • 250g long grain rice
  • 400g can plum tomatoes
  • 350ml chicken stock

For this delicious recipe first we cook the chicken in a frying pan for about 10 minutes until golden.The next step is to cook the onion until soft,add the red pepper,the garlic,chorizo and cook everything for about 5 minutes.Now stir the chicken,the tomatoes and chicken stock,and cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.Enjoy!
