Chocolate Cake


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 350 g butter
  •  230 g brown sugar
  •  4 eggs
  •  300 g flour
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  •  80 g cocoa black
  •  A pinch of salt
  • 200 g chocolate
  •  120 ml milk
  •  60 ml strong espresso
  •  1 vanilla bean

Ganache  cream:

  • 180 ml ​​heavy cream
  • 220 g of chocolate

For this delicious chocolate cake first we soften the butter at room temperature,and then we mix flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder.Now we melt the chocolate with milk and espresso.Now we mix the butter with sugar,until the sugar is melted,then add the eggs,one by one,then the vanilla bean.Now add melted chocolate mix and flour,and stir from bottom to up.Pour the mixture into a round shape removable walls and bake for about 60/70 minutes.And now we have to chill the cake and remove the top,wrap it in foil and refrigerate.In the meanwhile we prepare the ganache cream,so we heat the heavy cream,the add the chocolate before it begins to boil,and stir continue until the chocolate it’s melted,and let it cool,then take the cake from the refrigerator and spread the ganache cream on the cake.Enjoy!
