Baked Penne With Spinach and Tomatoes

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 750 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound penne pasta
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • salt
  • pepper

So we begin by preheating the oven and boil the pasta and the spinach.Now we melt the butter and cook the onion for about 5 minutes,then add the garlic,red pepper and paprika.Next we add the chopped tomatoes,salt and pepper and cook for 5/10 minutes.The next step is to add the pasta and spinach,stir and then add everything into a baking dish and top with mozzarella.Put in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes,or until the mozzarella cheese is melted.Enjoy!
