Blueberry Mascarpone Tart

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 40g powdered sugar
  • 160g all purpose flour
  • 40g almond meal/flour
  • salt
  • 90g cold unsalted butter
  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • 3 oz heavy whipping cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1-2 pints of ripe blueberries

For the Crust:
We start by making combying the egg,vanila,sour cream until they are mixed,ther refrigirate.Now in a food procesor we combine the sugar,flour,almond,salt.Then we add the butter,then half off the egg mixture and then add slowley the ohter half of the egg mixture until form a doug.Now we shape the doug into a tart pan and refrigirate for about 2 hours.Now we preheat the oven and bake for the tart for about 20 minutes until it is golden brown.
For the Mascarpone Filling:
First we mix beat the heavy cream,then we mix the mascarpone and lemon zest,addpoweder sugar.Add the whipped cream in to the mascarpone mixture.Now we pour the mixture into the tart and decorate with bluberries.Before serve refrigirate.Enjoy!
