Gluten Free Pizza

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 ounces gluten free pepperoni, cut into pieces
  • 15 ounces pizza sauce, gluten free
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups homemade gluten free baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

So first we cook for a few minutes the beef in to a pan,then we add the pepperoni and pizza sauce.Now we mix the buttermilk and baking mix until it form a dough.We pour the doug in to a baking pan and spread the meat and sauce mixture on top.We bake for 15/20 minutes.When almost it is finished sprinkle cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.Enjoy!
