Gluten-Free Bread


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 170 g brown rice flour
  • 113 g sorghum flour
  • 115 g tapioca starch
  • 85 g whey powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 12 g xanthan gum
  • 9 g salt
  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 85 g canola oil
  • 284 g seltzer

So for this delicious bread recipe we combine the eggs and oil,then we mix them with the flour for about 4 minutes,and now we have the dough.Now we grease a pan and add the dough into the pan gently,we cover the pan and let it rise for about 60 minutes.Now we preheat the oven to 350ºF and place a pizza stone to the oven.We bake the bread for about 60 minutes,until it is golden brown,and then we take the bread from the pan and bake it on the pizza stone for another 15 minutes.We let it cool before serving and slicing.Enjoy!
