Healthy egg & chips
Ingredients that you will need:
- 500g potatoes
- 2 shallots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried crushed oregano or 1 tsp fresh leaves
- 200g small mushrooms
- 4 eggs
First we preheat the oven.Then we mix potatoes,shallots a bit of oil and oregano,and bake for 15 minutes.Then we add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.Then we add the vegetables and crack a egg and bake for another 5 minutes.Enjoy!
