Moroccan spiced fish with ginger mash
Ingredients that you will need:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ -1 tsp harissa
- zest 1 lemon
- small handful coriander
- 2 skinless white fish fillets
First we preheat the oven,then we boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.Now we mix the butter,garlic,harissa,the lemon zest,coriander.When the potatoes are ready we put the mix on them.Now we roast the fish,we spread the butter over the fish and roast for about 8 minutes.Enjoy!
