Indian chickpea & vegetable soup
Ingredients that you will need:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp finely grated fresh root ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 850ml vegetable stock
- 2 large carrots
- 400g can chickpeas
- 100g green beans
First we cook the onion,the ginger and the garlic for 2/3 minutes.After we add the garam masala,and after the stock and carrots.We cook for about 10 minutes,now add the chickpeas.After we mix the beans and simmer for 3 minutes.Serve with naan bread.Enjoy!
