Gluten-free sundried tomato bread
Ingredients that you will need:
- 200g gluten-free white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 284ml buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50g sundried tomatoes in oil
- 25g parmesan
First we preheat the oven.Now we mix the flour,salt,baking powder in a bowl.In a separate bowl we mix the buttermilk,eggs,tomato puree an oil.We mix the wet ingredients into the dry one,and add tomatoes and half the Parmesan.We pour the mixture into a pan,and bake for about one hour.Enjoy!
