Ingredients that you will need:

  • Maia white flour 120 grams
  • Water 100 gr
  • Beer 80 gr
  • White flour 300 gr
  • Salt 7 gr

For the topping:

  • thick cream 25% fat 200g
  • 4-6% fat Yogurt: 175g
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Onions: 2 medium size pieces
  • Bacon: 100g

So we start by cutting the onion and cook it with oil ad soom pepper and let it cool.Then we drain the fat yogurt.The remains is fromage blanc.Now we mix the sour cream,the fromage blanc,salt,pepper,nutmeg,we add the cooked onion and stir.Now we cut and cook the bacon for 3 minutes.

For the flammekueche:

We preheat the oven,then we pour the dough ball fine down on a parchment paper. Then we put the sour cream mixture and spread,after we sprinkle bacon.We bake for a few minutes,until the dough becomes burnt on the edges.Enjoy!
