Artichoke Dip


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 2 cans  artichoke hearts in water, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 scallion, minced, plus more for garnish
  • Crudites for serving

First we preheat the oven to 425 degrees.Then we mix half of the artichokes,mayonnaise,parmesan,the lemon juice and garlic until they are smooth.Then we add the scallion and the other half on the artichokes,after we mix again,we transfer everything into a baking dish.Top with parse man and bake for about 25/30 minutes.Enjoy!
