Pan Seared Steak Rolls


Ingredients that you will need:

For the Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • pepper

For the Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup canned chicken broth

For the Filling

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 12 chives
  • 4 ounces enoki mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds

For this recipe first off all we start by mixing the marinade ingredients in to a bowl,and then add the meat cut in to slices.We let them stand in marinade for about 2 hours.Then we combine the sauce ingredients.After we start by preparing the filling,and we need to cook the garlic and the ginger,then we add the carrot,the bell pepper,celery and after we add the soy sauce and the sesame oil.We let it cook just a few minutes.Then we need to make the beef rolls ,we take the mushrooms and the mix with vegetables and we divide it equally into the meat slices and then we roll and secure with a toothpick.Then we fry for about 1/2 minutes the meat rolls in oil and butter.After they are cooked we remove the toothpick and we can serve.Enjoy!
