Dark Chocolate Tart with Blackberries and Hazelnut Praline
Ingredients that you will need:
For the Chocolate Filling:
- 700 ml cream
- 700 g dark chocolate, chopped
For the Pastry:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 150 g cold butter
- 2-3 Tbsp iced water
We start by heating the cream for the chocolate filling,then we add chocolate and mix them until smooth.Then we mix flour,cocoa,salt,sugar,the we add butter and mix until resembles fine breadcrumbs.Then we add add the iced water and mix until the mix forms clumps.Then we tip onto the bench and squish together,then we refrigerate for 30 minutes.Then we Roll pastry out between two sheets of baking paper,and then we line the base and sides of a tart.We put in the freezer for 15 minutes,then we cut out a circle of baking paper and put the pastry case.We fill with rice/baking beans and cook for 12/15 minutes.Then we pour in the filling and we let 15 minutes to set,then we have to refrigerate for 5/6 hours before serving.We can put blackberries on top and crumbled pralines to serve.Enjoy!
