Chorizo Stuffed Jalapeno Popper


Ingredients that you will need:

  • 12-16 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 link chorizo, diced finely
  • 1 small onion,
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup grates monterey jack cheese

We start by cutting the top off the jalapeno and removing all the seeds.Then we melt the butter,and cook onion and chorizo about 5 minutes.Then we mix the cream cheese,monterey jack cheese,and then we put the chorizo mix.We fill the peppers with the mix and bake for about 15/20 minutes.Enjoy!
