Blackberry Oat Bars (No butter, gluten, or white sugar)

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups blackberries

First preheat oven to 375ºF and prepare a baking dish. The mix the oats, oat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt after add the coconut oil and vanilla and mix until crumbly. Put the blackberries and sprinkle them over the crust. Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
