Nutella-stuffed sea-salt chocolate cookies

Ingredients that you will need:

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 50 teaspoon of Nutella
  • Flaked sea salt for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

So let’s put together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and let to rest.Melt the butter butter at medium heat. After , the butter will begin to brown ,remove it from the heat .Put the butter aside to cool.
Mix the butter and sugars and the egg, yolk, vanilla, and yogurt until they are combined. Add the dry ingredients slowly and mix until all is combined. Gently fold in all of the chocolate chips.Chill your dough for 2 hours in the refrigerator, or place in freezer.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.You can now start to roll up the dough. Place 1 teaspoon of chilled nutella in the middle.Place dough balls on cookie sheet, 2. Bake the cookies until the edges of the cookies begin to turn golden brown. Cool the cookies and then sprinkle sea salt.Enjoy everybody!
